Universal Health Care

The United States should adopt the universal health care as many of the citizens can benefit regardless of if they can afford health care or not. Universal health care has many benefits. If someone doesn't have a job in the United States they can go into debt because of not having access to health care. These people put themselves at extreme risks. Medical services are very expensive in America. People who don't have a high income or don't have a job at all may not be able to afford health care. It's better to get health insurance because the services are better than getting Medicare. The United States as a country would be more successful if we were to adopt the universal health care. The Universal Health Care will benefit the county by making the health care more affordable, therefore reducing bankruptcy and improving the economy, improving the medical services, investing the money in health related issues, and benefiting the country by saving the states money.

Most Americans are middle class people. The incomes of middle class people aren't that high, averaging at $30,000-$60,000 annually. With the medical services being so expensive, most people can't even afford health care. With the Universal Health Care the service prices will be a lot more affordable. If we continue with the regular medical services, health care can cause a lot of people to be in debt. Being in debt can also lead to bankruptcy. The highest reason for bankruptcy in America is because the medical bills are so high people can't afford health care. Because the incomes are average, middle class people can't afford paying such high bills. The universal health care would also help the economy overall. Last year, there was a really high bankruptcy rate. The most popular reason for bankruptcy was not being able to pay medical bills. People went bankrupt because they couldn't pay for their injuries and illnesses. The less bankruptcy that occurs the better the economy would get. This would help the country prosper as well. The Universal Health Care will be able to provide all American with much better services.

With Universal Health Care, all Americans will be provided with cost effective medical treatment. Health insurance overall is expensive, but the Universal Health Care will reduce that costs and medical spendings. Not all people experience health services the same way, for example most people are financially hurt from the medical bills while others are not. The reason for such high costs is that the money being made from medical services is spent on business and marketing related aspects. The Universal Health Care will insure the money doesn't go towards marketing or investor profits. All the money will be spent on health related things. This will also improve the conditions and treatments. The Universal Health Care would benefit everyone equally and wouldn't cause  anyone to get financially hurt. People are usually scared to change jobs because they worry if the new job will have health benefits. Universal health care would end that worry as all people would be benefited equally. The Universal Health Care will ensure all Americans experience equal benefits from the services. Hawaii has a differently planned health care system.

Hawaii's health plans a little different than the rest. They integrate medicaid with the state program for the uninsured. Although Hawaii makes it easier for those who can't afford Medicare, the people that can are facing difficulties with the expenses they endure. The Universal Health Care will benefit Hawaii a lot. It is reported by the Health and Human Services, that Hawaii will save money from the health care. They offer a sliding scale premium for individuals above the poverty level. This helps Hawaii with financial issues. The economy will thrive in Hawaii.  Hawaii is smart about their health care. They require a twenty five dollar co-pay for all surgeries and services. All this shows why health care fails in America and how the Universal Health Care system would benefit the country.

The Universal Health care is needed in America. It will benefit both the people and the economy. Our country is struggling as a nation to make sure everyone is medically treated equal. America as a country will prosper and grow because of the universal health care. Longer life spans can also be a product of the health care, because everyone will be receiving the medical benefits. Health care services will improve and costs will go down. People complain that medical services aren't as good for those people that can't afford Medicare, but the Universal Health Care will assure equality to everyone.  Health care will be affordable and equal for all people regardless of the job or income. Bankruptcy is a huge problem and the highest cause of bankruptcy is being unable to pay off medical bills. The cheap cost of Universal Health Care will be able to solve this triumph. Bankruptcy rates will go down and this will help improve the economy. The uninsured and insured will receive equal benefits. Getting health care is most difficult for the poor because they just can't afford it. The working poor and lower class will be aided and the Universal Health Care will provide them with medical aid. The Universal Health Care will assure all the money is invested into health related aspects and not marketing. This will reduce the overall cost and improve the services being provided.  America will benefit from Universal Health Care and especially Hawaii will begin to save money. The economy will begin to strive. With all these effects from the Universal Health Care, it can be concluded that overall it will be for the better of the country.

On January 1, 1996 a girl named Tanya was born. Unfortunately, Tanya was born with thyroid cancer. Although her parents were more than happy to have their first child, they also showed concerned about Tanya’s future. Tanya’s parents would give her a lot of extra attention. Tanya's parents would spoil her as a child. She would get a new toy about once a week, and she was always babied throughout her childhood; therefore life always seemed amazing to Tanya. Tanya knew that she was sick, but her parents just didn't tell her to what extent. They wanted Tanya to feel her life was not affected because of the disease; therefore, they would always seem happy around her and always assure her that the world was a good place and everything would be okay. Although in reality, every time her parents looked at her, they would see their poor daughter facing problems; they knew it would be hard. The older Tanya got, the more complicated her thyroid cancer was getting.

Tanya began to have tests about once a month. The older she got the more familiar she started to become with her disease and the more her knowledge increased about it. Tanya began to have surgeries concerning her throat once every 6 months. Because of problems breathing and frequent pain in her throat, Tanya had to make frequent visits to the doctor. Life was starting to change slowly for Tanya. She didn't know what the real world was actually like. She was living in a fantasy her parents made up to keep her happy. The world didn't seem like such a perfect place anymore. She began to see defects and problems everywhere she went. She saw people were more depressed and stressed than happy. This was the first time Tanya saw the world from a negative aspect. The struggle of trying to survive was overwhelming Tanya. Then one day something happened to her benefit.

Tanya met a guy named Michael. They started talking and eventually going out places. They would talk on the phone all night. Tanya finally seemed to get that happy feeling back and she remembered her dad's words, “Everything is going to be okay." Then Michael asked Tanya out on a date and they officially started dating on November 23rd. At the beginning, Michael was just like Tanya's dad. He would spoil her and treat her like a princess. Everything was perfect and life finally seemed to get better. Tanya had surgery less frequently. The doctors started to see improvements in Tanya. In fact, Tanya's health improved as well, but nothing stays perfect forever.

As their relationship went on, problems and arguments started to increase. Michael would either be too busy or just wouldn't give Tanya as much time as he did earlier. Everything just started to get complicated. From family problems to health issues, Michael and Tanya experienced almost everything. Even though they made up after every argument, they seemed to argue almost every day. Tanya didn't care how much they argued. As long as they loved each other, that was all that was important to her. Tanya believed arguments occurred between everyone, whether siblings, parents, friends, or just anyone. Tanya believed that problems were just temporary, but love was permanent. Because of that one belief, Tanya and Michael kept their relationship strong. Then one day Michael did something Tanya wasn't expecting and left her shocked.

After having been dating for a couple years, Michael proposed to Tanya. He had been planning to do it for a really long time, but Tanya had no idea. On Tanya's birthday, Michael put a ring on the top layer of Tanya's cake. Speechless and shocked, Tanya said yes to marrying Michael. Finally, Tanya and Michael talked to their parents. Once their parents agreed, they got  married. Once again, their lives seemed to be falling back in place. Tanya went through her last surgery done and was cured of her thyroid cancer. Tanya had ups and downs in her life, but in the end everything seemed to be okay, just like her father had told her.
